During the exam

  • You are required to be right outside the lecture hall by 7:30pm. Once we are done setting up, you will be let inside the room.
  • If you are late to the session, you may not have enough time to complete the exam. The exam quiz will conclude at the end time for the session irrespective of when you started the exam.
  • You must bring your buffone card with you. We will swipe your buff card once you hand in your exam and before you leave the exam hall. Once all the students have been seated we will start the exam at 7:45pm.
  • You are not allowed to use any electronic devices during the exam.
  • Please refrain from talking to anyone while you are in the exam hall. If you are in communication with anyone while in the exam hall, you will be asked to leave with no chance to take the exam and thus resulting in a 0.
  • If you have a question during the exam, please speak only with a proctor.

  • You will be provided a question paper and a scantron form. Please read the instructions on the first page of the question paper very carefully before signing at the bottom of it.

Resources you are allowed during the exam

  • You may carry a 1 page (2-sided) reference sheet with notes of your own. Do not bring a photocopy of another student's notes.
  • Keep in mind that this is a timed exam. Looking for answers during the exam can be time-consuming. It is recommended that you prepare well for the exam beforehand and use supplementary resources only if absolutely needed.

Collaboration Policy

  • You are required to take the exam individually, ie, no collaboration is allowed.
  • Any form of collaboration with another person during the exam will be regarded as cheating and will lead to an irreplaceable 0 on the exam and a referral to the SCCR for all parties involved.
